They gave me good sized and well-equipped room with a balcony, sparkling water and coffee. Its staff was very very helpful and exceptionally nice. Central location was a plus. A bakery and supermarkets were right next door.

We were given a king room with an espresso machine upon arrival. The location was central, magnificent close to the old town in a quiet street. Moreover, it was near to centre of Heidelberg and the coffee shops nearby.

Our recent stay at Hotel Mille Stelle City was fantastic! We were in Heidelberg to visit family and stayed here for a few nights. The hotel had everything we needed - clean and new facilities, a convenient lift to all floors, and a super comfy bed with soft pillows. With the high temperatures in June, the fan in the bedroom was a life-saver. The location was perfect, with tram stops and the train station nearby. The staff were friendly and always easy to reach by phone. The room was spacious, had a wardrobe for our clothes, and the showers were great. The bathroom was clean. We loved that there was a fridge available upon request. The Nespresso-type machine and complimentary mineral water were nice touches too. Plus, it was only a short walk to the old town and the train station. In summary, Hotel Mille Stelle City provided us with a clean, convenient, and great value stay for our trip to Heidelberg.
